Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website or requesting a surgery booking from Brandywine Valley Dog Surgery, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

3. Not Emergency Veterinary Advice
The content on this website is general educational information about canine surgery. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an examination by a licensed veterinarian. If your dog is collapsing, cannot keep water down, cannot urinate, or has a rigid painful abdomen, go to your nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and are starting prices unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on your dog's condition, procedure complexity, and any diagnostics required. A written estimate is provided before surgery proceeds. We accept Cash, Credit Card, CareCredit.
5. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Booking requests are accepted online 24/7 and reviewed each working day. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed surgical date. Late cancellations may incur a fee, and repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling.
6. Surgical Outcomes
Every surgery includes pre-anesthetic blood screening and continuous multi-parameter vital sign monitoring. No veterinary practice can guarantee a surgical outcome, and anesthesia carries inherent risk. We will explain the risks specific to your dog before you consent.
7. Post-Operative Care
Surgeries booked through our network include home-recovery medications, a structured discharge checklist, a 24/7 post-operative recovery text line, and a complimentary 10-to-14 day surgical healing evaluation. Following the discharge instructions (particularly activity restriction and incision care) is your responsibility as the owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brandywine Valley Dog Surgery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from information published on it. Clinical liability rests with the treating veterinary practice under the terms of its own consent documentation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Brandywine Valley Dog Surgery and is protected by copyright law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page.
